Very interesting massage gun

I had the pleasure of trying out some massage guns. Most of the ones I've tried are pretty much the same. What intrigued me about it is that it has a feature I haven't seen on any other massage gun: a hot/cold massage head. This massage gun is quite small. Supplied in a metal case in the shape of a suitcase. The suitcase is a decent size and if you were traveling with it, it would fill a piece of suitcase. Inside the case there is foam rubber with cut-outs for a massage gun and various attachments. This thing charges via USB-C, which is great since a lot of other massage guns have proprietary chargers. The massage gun came with a dead battery and instructions recommending charging it for 5 hours before first use. It really takes that long to charge - very slow charging. I was most interested in the hot/cold massage head. This head has a chrome/brushed metal look on the side you massage. There are some metal contacts that come into contact with the gun and should be used to power the hot/cold effect. The massage gun is easy to use. There are 3 buttons: hot, cold and intensity. You simply press the hot or cold water button for 2 seconds and the device turns on. You can set one of 3 intensity levels. When not using the Hot/Cold feature, you can turn it on by pressing and holding the Intensity button for 2 seconds. At first I thought it was broken before figuring out how to use it because if you have a hot/cold water jet and turn it on without the hot/cold button it will work for a few seconds and turn off. . You have to turn it on and off with hot or cold buttons if it has this attachment. Once I figured it out, smooth sailing. So the hot/cold effect is interesting. It doesn't get too hot or too cold. Although it's beautiful. This particular massage head is wide/flat, so a little less intense than some of the "regular" massage heads. I'm surprised at how powerful this thing is for its size. This is comparable to larger devices. What I like: - Hot/Cold Smart seems like a great feature - Compact size - Rugged body - Charging via USB-C What I don't like or would like to change: - Too bad hot got hot, cold got colder. It's hard to be too critical because I think you get a lot for the price. I think the hot/cold air function is interesting and worth seeing and it will be interesting to see if they have other similarly shaped nozzles in the future.

Pros
  • back massagers
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
