I LOVE this blanket. It is so soft, and never loses it shape from washing.I expected it to maybe last one winter just because you never know the quality when buying new products online.This blanket will last many years It still is in brand new condition.It is not lightweight though! It's not super heavy, yet it is heavy enough to give comfort like a hug.The only negative I have to be honest about from my experience is that this blanket holds water and is super heavy in my washer. I have a washer without the agitator, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference. It takes a minimum of 3 spin cycles after the wash cycle to get it light enough for me to pick up and start hand wringing.But for me, overall, well worth it. I love my huge gray soft hug giving blanket.
