Sturdy and holds weight well
ladder is easy to store, I keep mine behind the open door leading to the bedroom. I first bought the last one to replace the smoke alarm batteries which are 15ft high. It is very difficult to reach with a normal ladder. Folding the ladder requires little practice (read the instructions carefully, make sure to keep YOUR FINGERS out). I weigh 230 pounds. and was very confident that the ladder could comfortably carry my weight plus another 70 pounds. as it is rated at 300 lbs.
