Review on KitchenAid Gourmet Winged Corkscrew Black by Erik Barela

My wife wanted a new corkscrew for Christmas to replace the cheap Chinese corkscrew we had in our drawer. Here's the bomb! Very heavy and well made. Other reviews say the cork is difficult to remove from a corkscrew, but it couldn't be easier. Just turn the handle in the opposite direction and the cork comes out of the corkscrew. The ribs on the corkscrew hold the cork and prevent it from rotating while the screw pushes the cork out of the corkscrew. Very chic design and easy to use! My wife used to ask me to open her wine but not now. she loves using this thing!
