This is much better than the OEM nibs that came with the printer. While they don't completely eliminate bed leveling, they give you peace of mind that the bed won't move too much on long prints. I can usually do 2-3 prints without leveling the bed, but I still check the bed height before each print. I should also mention that I had to shorten the spring by 2.5 notches using a Dremel tool to fit it. But that might just be because I'm using a tempered glass bed, which is much thicker than the magnetic platform that came with the printer. This is definitely a must-have Ender 3 upgrade that you should buy as soon as you buy a printer.
