These are designed for European A4 standard paper size, which is about 3/4 inch longer than the US letter standard-size paper.
This leaves about an inch of space at the bottom of the board, which may not be to the linking of some American users. However, it is not at all an issue for me, in fact I like having the extra space at the bottom.
- Everything went fine.
- I too was duped by the item description. These are 5.5" by 8". I had to return them. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
