Poor customer service does not work

Instructions say you can use it for up to 10 minutes, less than a minute when it first bursts and tears the hose. The cover on the underside of the car was broken. Not sure if it's just not working for me or what. I messaged the company, sent a support email there, a week passed with no response.

Pros
