The ability for clients to login from anywhere in the world with an internet connection allows us to provide services remotely without any additional overheads or costs. This software has been very useful as it helps keep all project information easily accessible at one place. It also provides excellent reporting features that are essential when managing complex projects. There could be more options available while creating reports/dashboards so that they can be customised according to our needs. I have found this product really helpful whenever there was some sort of communication gap between team members due to remote location or time difference. We use it for tracking different aspects of our work including client communications, tasks & progress etc.
