Easy to install, unknown if they are good for workouts
I’m so lazy! I have having to tie and untie my shoes but I love certain types of shoes that have laces. These are perfect for my lazy self and very easy to install. Highly recommend. I do not workout and can’t say if they would be good for anyone who wants to purchase these for a workout shoe. I used to like my laces tighter back when I used to run (many, many years ago).
