I just started a low carb diet and really miss pasta. A friend suggested looking for a spiralizer and I went with it. Please understand that I have a gadget problem and it took me more than 5 minutes to wash, assemble and cook two large spaghetti zucchini for dinner. I'm having pasta for lunch today and I can't wait. This device couldn't be easier to assemble and use. I was concerned about cleaning, but a toothbrush (new), hot water, and a sponge did the cleaning in less than two minutes. Free noodle sauce, fry noodles and you're done. The starting instructions say the pasta should simmer for a maximum of two minutes, so dinner will be ready in 15 minutes. This device more than exceeds my expectations. Many Thanks.
