Review on RNL AL by Phillip Hoover

Al was very easy for our users who had no technical experience at all or even basic computer skills how they could easily use it without any assistance! Not much dislikes about this product but I think if you want more features then there should be some extra cost of course - otherwise i highly recommend them as their support team are also awesome!! Very friendly software which makes my job easier by providing me everything from simple information queries up until complex ones such us ticket creation/solutions etc.
