Userfriendly and helpful customer service

Al was very easy for our users who had no technical experience at all or even basic computer skills how they could easily use it without any assistance! Not much dislikes about this product but I think if you want more features then there should be some extra cost of course - otherwise i highly recommend them as their support team are also awesome!! Very friendly software which makes my job easier by providing me everything from simple information queries up until complex ones such us ticket…

  • Easy interface with great user friendliness.
  • Support staff always quick in responding emails,
  • Great customer service (not really applicable here cause we have never faced problem)

Easy to use system that gets results!

Its ease of use makes it very user friendly which helps when you are having trouble in one department as far reaching across offices! A little hard at times figuring out questions that get answered by its prompts but easy enough for all levels from kids up through executives to master if given time for training/practice sessions!! Love how accessible this program truly was after getting past my initial reservations about such an advanced tool being available online. The ease of use for this…
