Bad button is good for cleaning products
I bought one of these in February 2017 and the rubber button for soap dispensing broke. Before that I had an old OXO dispenser brush and it lasted a very long time with no case and no problems. It's just outdated and I decided to update it with this one. I'm going to buy an OXO steel product and see how it works. I'm starting to find many household items and clothing that just don't compare in terms of durability. Keeping prices reasonable by using inferior manufacturing parts seems like a significant cost reduction.
