How many people have to report the same manufacturing defect before Oxo realizes they are losing their backorders and our money. The rubber used for the dispenser button is not suitable for this application. If the same design flaw is the root cause of so many one-star reviews, show your customers some respect and fix it. Not recommended. Keep looking for another, cheaper option. After 4 months of regular use, the handle broke. This brush works great but has a design flaw: the button only works when the dispenser opening is completely filled with soap covered. All bad reviews are due to rubber breaks caused by this bug. To avoid the problem: 1) Keep the soap level high enough. 2) NEVER press the button until the soap has flowed into the dispenser opening. This product was a great kitchen tool. Unfortunately, OXO engineered it so that the soap dispenser button is made out of cheap rubber that won't last a few months. You press the button during use to dispense soap fairly regularly during the evening dishwashing. Unfortunately, the quality of the rubber is not up to the task.
