I really like that it's easy to set up. It was simple for me to get my barcode scanner connected in order for customers to pick their drink selection from the touch screen. Some of my employees don't understand how important this system can be if you're running an establishment with alcohol sales/consumption laws or state regulations. They need training about what they should do when someone scans something wrong (they shouldn't refuse). If your looking into implementing one then definitely look at other options as there are many out there but not all offer such flexibility. We have found ways around some issues we've encountered so far by using our imagination and creativity!
