2 of 3 stuck in trims and embellishments

I bought this along with 2 bridesmaids lettering. The ones that stick for the bridesmaids after they have been ironed and carefully checked that they are sticky. However, the mother of the bride, only part of the bride, got stuck after trying all the tricks in the book for 20 minutes. It wasn't over ironed, it just wouldn't hold up. However, they come out cute if you can get them to come out
