After professional assembly and within 2 months the product began to fail catastrophically The spring in the counterbalance broke and there was no replacement other than $20 for full assembly. Then the damn countershaft nut fell apart. and the key is bent. I flipped and blocked everything. Don't buy, there are a million Chinese clones out there, but this one is no good. I hope you read this review and study for yourself before you make the same mistake I did. The drive pulley has no counterweight at all and the whole bike shakes like a washing machine at high speed, it's all new on 7/7/2020
