Review on ChiroSpring by Craig Lovro

I used to have an EMR and it was not user friendly and it was confusing. When I had ChiroSpring, I could not believe it. I could not figure it out either. It has been an ongoing process to learn this product and figure out all of its many features. The benefits of the ChiroSpring program is that a majority of the problems I was having with my previous software were solved. It is easier to find things when searching for certain data. It is great to have all of my patient information in one place. I was solving a lot of different problems using my previous software and with ChiroSpring, it has made my life easier. The user friendly interface, ability to send emails through our clinic instead of using my phone as well with no lag time which was great! I would like more options within their system but it's not bad so far (it seems). Our office runs smoothly because this program has been implemented into all aspects from scheduling appointments right down writing progress notes in each patient file we have had them create an account or login if they don't already use another provider such at Google Docs etc..
