This beanie and mitten set is incredibly soft. Sherpa fleece inside, very thin fleece outside. She's only 8 weeks old and I'm having trouble finding a warm hat that stays on her head and doesn't cover her eyes. That's cool! The reviewer who complained that children's mittens don't have thumbs, of course not! It's hard enough to fit all of your little fingers in one spot, let alone a tiny thumb in a tiny spot.
