If you hang up your TV once and never move again, this is probably a safe purchase. The TV mounts are the thinnest metal I've seen on a TV mount, but they're strong enough. The friction mechanism that keeps the TV at the desired tilt is made out of cheap plastic and probably won't stand up to repeated adjustments (it feels like the threads could easily strip off if over-tightened). A built-in spirit level in the center of the wall mount is also a good idea, but only if it is perpendicular to the mount. Mine was glued crooked, so unusable. You must plan to use this tier when installing this product. All this to say that it was easy to install. It came with lots of screws and spacers of different sizes but no instructions on how to assemble the different parts. If you are used to do-it-yourself assembly, this is easy to understand.
