I am using this RTD and 4-20mA transmitter with my IotaWatt power control system to record the outside temperature. was asked to create about it. The 4-20mA transmitter is ideal for the 50mA power monitoring inputs. The power monitor expects a 0 to 50mA input for load amplifiers. I was able to setup the input to read/write the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Of course, since the power monitor expects a current signal, it reads the RTD sensor as amps, but that's a one-to-one conversion, so if you read 70 amps, it's actually 70 degrees.
