I like that it helps me keep track of paychecks and other things important to my employees. It's also very easy to use and has a lot of helpful features. The interface could be improved, especially for novices. However, I found the customer support to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We used this at another company and are going with it again after we moved over from the previous service provider. This software helped us take control of our payroll process as well as provide better benefits to our employees. It's great for tracking hours worked, salary amounts paid, as well as tax withholdings.
