Great tool if you want simple but effective employee management

I like that it helps me keep track of paychecks and other things important to my employees. It's also very easy to use and has a lot of helpful features. The interface could be improved, especially for novices. However, I found the customer support to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We used this at another company and are going with it again after we moved over from the previous service provider. It can easily be used to create, edit, print and send your own Comps! There are a lot of features that make it easy for anyone to use. Some of the things I like best about this program is the ease of use, the customer service, and the overall user experience. This is a great product for any business looking to manage their employee's comp plan. There was nothing I disliked about this program.   • Good organization options available through tabs or sorting by different criteria very flexible system.
  • Very intuitive functionality no learning curve required; you just jump right into what works most efficiently.

Great option and perfect fit: COMPackage

The best feature of this system for me was that I could set up my own rules to determine how much time off employees are given, which made it easy when calculating vacation payouts! It also gave some flexibility in determining if certain types or classes were eligible at all (such as holidays).
