Pros: - Looks great - Fits great - Easy to attach - Pleasant feel Minus - Hinges made of cheap plastic. . First, anyone who says this case doesn't fit probably didn't do their research before purchasing this case. There is a difference between "3DS XL" and "NEW 3DS XL". The shape of the new 3DS XL is different from the shape of the old one, so the cases of the new 3DS XL don't fit the old 3DS XL. The title clearly states that this is a New 3DS XL case, and yet some people have spoken ill of this case because it "doesn't live up to what it says". Well they are wrong, it is advertised to fit the NEW 3DS XL and it fits as a bug. I have photos to prove it. People who say it doesn't fit most likely have an old 3DS XL. Either that, or they somehow got it wrong. Other than that, I'm not sure I would recommend this case. The hinges are so cheap that I have no doubt they will break (as many reviews say). Mine hasn't broken yet (and I've had it since December) but I won't be surprised if it breaks. They'll probably be easy to fix with super glue, so if you really like the look of this case (it looks great) you can risk it and stick them on if they break, but I think there are better options now. When I bought this case I needed something to protect my new 3DS asap and there weren't many options so I went with this one. I don't use Wi-Fi very often on my new 3DS XL, so the fact that this case gets in my way doesn't bother me too much, but knowing that most people use Wi-Fi a lot, I do I don't think you would be too happy with this case. Also be careful if your hands sweat a lot. I don't, so no problem. If you're willing to take a risk with the hinges and don't use Wi-Fi too much, then this is a pretty good case. Personally, I think there are probably way better options out there, but if there aren't any (I haven't really looked around), this case is certainly better than nothing.
