Since the beginning of May I have had tendonitis in both legs: calf, hamstrings and quadriceps. Many days I can hardly walk. My massage roller arrived yesterday. Today I can walk around the house without a cane or walker. end in bruises. That didn't happen. Today when I felt the onset of incredible pain and stiffness, I used a massage roller and it eased the pain! This is fantastic equipment. He did everything that other high reviewers asked for. It was incredibly cheap and I only had to pay once for that deep muscle massage instead of going back to a spa or salon. I would recommend this product to anyone suffering from mild to debilitating pain. It's durable, economical, easy to work on most body parts, and you can use it alone or have someone use it for a gentle or deep body massage. I would give 10 stars I could!
