Review on Five Star by Shane Jenkins

I like that it can be customized to meet your needs quickly once you get started with it. It has been very easy for us to use and navigate through our system as we are looking at different ways to improve guest satisfaction while keeping costs down. I have not found anything yet that is difficult or too confusing when using this software. Five star helps keep track of all sorts of information regarding guests (check-ins/out) which allows us to do so much more than just taking orders from customers during their visit. We also take reservations via phone, email and online!
