UPDATE: I received an email from Nilight. It appears that they did attempt to contact me promptly via email, but I never received it (not in SPAM, Deleted, etc.) I will update and change my rating if they resolve my issue before the return window closes. (Changed from 1 star to 3)They sent two different connection types. I have no way to connect the small plastic connector on one of the light strips to the barrel connectors on the main harness. I contacted Nilight through the support page on their website as soon as I opened the package 11 days ago. I received an automated email response almost immediately, so I know they received my concern. I have not heard from Nilight again. Looks like their customer service sucks. I'll be sending this back to Revain before the return window closes. Disappointed and ABANDONDED by Nilight.
