What is the difference between this and cheap Chinese junk

Don't be fooled by a card that costs less than $30. This worked fantastically well and I assigned it COM ports 2, 3, 4 and 5 to work with my older devices. A cheap Chinese model that I fell for earlier, the drivers broke my computer and it took a full 3 hours.
