Pros: Charges quickly and lasts most of the day with headset and vibration on a single charge. it's loading. Shows it's on the charger, but if the red light is off and you leave it on, you'll revert to a flashing white controller and charging failed. Sometimes it takes a minute to charge. I have an Xbox 360 charger of the same brand. Haven't had this problem before. I gave two negative stars because the company's video doesn't show how easy it is to plug in the charger and it works and because it shows the white controller and not charging. some kind of deception. Would buy it again because of the battery capacity and when it works it works great.
