It was over the weekend, I called the Grundfos hotline on Monday (January 28, 2022) at 11 am. They wrote down the coordinates, the number of the warranty card. Then they said to wait for a call from an employee of an authorized service in St. Petersburg. After 2 hours, they called me back from the Aurora service, agreed on the next day at 11 am. As a result, the master listened to the work of my pump, looked at it and changed it to a new one. I liked Grundfos' attitude towards its customers. Honestly, I did not expect that the issue with warranty repairs would be resolved so simply. When buying, be sure to check that the warranty card is correctly filled out (seller's seal, information about the model). New pump manufactured 43 weeks 2022. If I understand correctly, then it fixes the shortcomings of the first batches of Scala2 production. The warranty card is new, again for 5 years.
