I was so excited to use my new gear! I read the instructions, charged the main battery and grabbed the trigger to load it with batteries (sad song). I couldn't open it! I struggled with this for a while. As a result, I opened it up, put the batteries in and used it. No problem. When it's time to remove the batteries from the trigger, same problem. I couldn't open it - not at all. I had to give it to someone else to open it and he had to use a butter knife. I don't use the door. I would have sent it back but I scratched the outside trying to open it. I would give this whole install a five if not for one but. It seems insignificant until you count how often you have to charge the batteries. This is a hassle I didn't expect. I was going to order another one, but I don't want to have this problem twice.
