GOOD QUALITY AND FUN

My 2 year old (like many babies) doesn't like wearing a hat and gloves. At ELMO she wears them and sometimes even puts them on at home because she enjoys it. I'm in Chicago and I'm comfortable wearing them in 30 degree weather. The hat is warmer than the gloves because the gloves are knitted. They are NOT waterproof. They can also be hand washed as they will wear out with washing. I like the ties/ropes on the side, they make putting the hat on easier. She even pulls them together herself.
