Biggest complaint: The brush head is too small, especially the small diameter. My old lovers from IKEA and Target had much bigger heads. This one has a smaller head and shorter bristles, which means they barely reach the rim of the toilet to clean up the dirt hidden there. When cleaning the bottom outlet of the bowl, my old brushes were big enough that with a simple push and pull motion I could clean the periphery of the outlet; With this small brush head, I had to make circular motions to get the same result. One more thing: the small plate seems to be too thin to fit snugly between the two parts of the stick, even though I screwed on two parts at a time. the other as close as I can. This plate moves in its slot, which is very annoying.
