Software update available!
After trying to find a solution to the Adobe Flash* issue that other reviews mentioned here, I found that they now have an update to the upload to the Verbatim website. I'm not allowed to provide a link, but just follow their trail to "professional USB drives", then to Store 'n' Go and you'll see the download. (*Adobe stopped supporting Flash and Microsoft removed it from our computers, so the Verbatim encrypted drives that used Flash for their encryption/decryption function were useless until this software update.)
