Tried and true.: my feedback

Bought these for heel pain around 15 years ago-still have that pair and are still in good shape. Recently bought new pairs because my husband was having heel pain. Using these heel cups in combination with a supportive foot pad is a recipe for heel pain relief. Downside: the cups are too deep for dress shoes and they are not attractive, but once your foot is in the shoe-nobody sees them.

Works great !!! Great support, comfort and reducing the pain in my heals. Helps me get through the day.

Cons

May not provide sufficient relief for severe plantar fasciitis cases

Finally something to ease the discomfort of heel tendonitis with bone spur. Tried orthotics,, PT, stretching, all help some, but I took a 4 mile hike and no pain.A winner.
