Bought these for heel pain around 15 years ago-still have that pair and are still in good shape. Recently bought new pairs because my husband was having heel pain. Using these heel cups in combination with a supportive foot pad is a recipe for heel pain relief. Downside: the cups are too deep for dress shoes and they are not attractive, but once your foot is in the shoe-nobody sees them.
- Works great !!! Great support, comfort and reducing the pain in my heals. Helps me get through the day.
- May not provide sufficient relief for severe plantar fasciitis cases
