Bought for my 2018 6.4L 3500 HD. Installation wasn't too difficult. Can't tell you about the gain/loss on fuel economy, the truck has only done 800 miles and it's less than 40 degrees outside. To be honest, this CAI definitely makes a sucking noise when you step on the flimsy pedal and you don't have to push it hard to get it. So if you're looking for a lot of suction noise, then this is the ticket. It's really crazy how much louder it is. Looks like my hood is getting sucked into the throttle body. The manufacturer should believe the increase in horsepower, because with such noise there should be something more! I'm a 48 year old male so I know you youngsters will love the sound! Let go of that Hemi! Exhaust nearby! The delivery was super fast. Buy it, you won't regret it, I don't listen to my stereo anymore. Have fun.
