High Performance K&N Cold Air Intake Kit: Boost Horsepower: Compatible with 2014-2018 Dodge Ram (2500, 3500) 6.4L V8, Part Number 77-1568KTK Review

When I purchased this item I was looking for a quality branded product at a competitive price. I am very happy with my purchase. I received a quality product from K&N, delivery was fast and installation was very easy. I'm not sure of the actual performance gain of my 6.4 Hemi after installation, but I think it's significant.

installed and I'm very happy with it. Easy installation in 30 minutes. It sounds great, the hum has increased noticeably, and while there's some suction noise, it's not intrusive at all. Has only been down for a week so it's too early to tell a difference in mgp but so far it seems like a 1/2 mpg gain until I push it. I paired this with a 4" AFE catback exhaust and wow. Finally the right Rev V8 I was looking for.

2017 RAM 3500 6.4 Hemi. Replaced the stock airbox in 25 minutes with this new setup. A definite improvement over the stock. Tow a 32-foot RV in the Adirondacks and enjoy the performance boost it gives the truck. Oh it's not loud by any means, don't be put off by panties complaining about noise, it sounds amazing at 4000-5500 rpm. I paired this with a Magnaflow 19200 Cat rear exhaust and now the 392 HEMI everything he should be.

fast delivery. Perfect fit for my 2017 Hemi 2500 6.4. Quick and easy installation as it uses the base of a standard air chamber. I've used KN filters in the past and haven't noticed much of a difference, but this cold air intake made a HUGE difference! Throttle response has been greatly increased and the overall engine sound is deeper and deeper. Acceleration is much clearer than stock. I currently have a stock exhaust, but I will be pairing this intake with a Flow Master dual exhaust soon.

Revain installed incorrectly. Go to the K&N website and get the part number, then look it up here BEFORE you decide to order anything. Overall I wish they were cheaper but installation was very easy on my 2014 Ram 2500 Big Horn with a 6.4L Hemi. When accelerating from a standstill or downshifting, I immediately noticed a deeper growl. It may be wishful thinking, but I have a feeling it's speeding up. Bought for my 2018 6.4L 3500 HD. Installation wasn't too difficult. Can't tell you about the gain/loss on fuel economy, the truck has only done 800 miles and it's less than 40 degrees outside. To be honest, this CAI definitely makes a sucking noise when you step on the flimsy pedal and you don't have to push it hard to get it.
