No speed control, heater barely warm

I'm not a fan of these. It works as advertised but it's not great. Here's why I'm not impressed: - It only has two modes: massage and massage with heat. - There is no way to make the massage faster, slower, more intense, etc. You have a speed. - It must be plugged in, no battery - The cord is short so you need to be seated on a chair within 3ft of an outlet. - The heat is not very warm, in fact the friction caused by just the massage option generates about the same amount of heat as the heat setting - The on/off switch is behind you. You have to reach back and feel it - it doesn't move up and down on its own, you have to position it where you want to massage it. - I really want it to massage the top of my shoulders and neck, but when I put it there it "goes" up and ends at my neck and base of my skull, which isn't that nice. Even with a strap, it doesn't hold up well at this point. When I put it around my neck it pulls on my hair. It's like my hair is going under the net and the curlers are tugging at it. I'm not a fan of it. In general it's just okay. It works, in its simplest definition. But it's not higher and higher and it's not what I'm going to use.

Pros
  • Electric massagers
Cons
  • Expensive
