Review on FRAM G7315 In Line Fuel Filter by Mike Barnes

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Easy installation with easy-to-read fasteners

My 2000 Grand Am's fuel filter was hard to reach (just behind the tank) and the clips that hold it in place are hard to reach . hmm one more thing You don't need any special tools to remove them, a flathead screwdriver will do. Release the tab, push both sides (where you can see the green) up past the line (the back you can't see is free) and the filter will push up and release. (Don't push it all the way or you won't have to replace it, and they don't just sell the green tab. Other than that, it works great and my mph went up a few!

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as others
