Works for me! for 5-HTP

This is my favorite brand for this supplement. While this product seems to help me get a good night's sleep for an hour or two when taken at night, I also take it in the morning to improve digestion and reduce anxiety. It's easy to swallow and seems to digest well if I take it with warm liquid. I'm experimenting with this and the 100mg dose. I try to buy it when I see a discount for two bottles.
