is such a great product but make sure you fit it in your bag as it will NOT fit a thin, slim or other small computer other than maybe a cube case? Second, install this BEFORE you install your motherboard, or pray to heaven your case has a cutout for access to the CPU mounts on the back since you'll need to replace the mounting plate you're currently installing for this beast have to! If your motherboard has a 4-pin RGB header (ASUS, MSI, and a few others), I recommend you plug that in instead of the included controller, as the fan itself will work with almost any RGB pattern or color except the one that comes with it Controller is both annoying and limiting. (This is my only criticism of the unit itself) Also, make sure you install the fans to blow off the cooling fins (if you're using an optional fan, install it to blow through and into the heatsink the exhaust fan with on the other side, and there is a splitter to connect both fans to the same CPU fan header for better fan control via BIOS) and which faces the exhaust side of the case, otherwise there may be airflow issues. Finally, if thermal paste is better for you, use it, but the paste provided is good and satisfactory, use a rice-sized smear to install it
