These are awesome! I bought a four pack for my family as we are hoping to get a camping trip together soon. We have two little ones and they had a blast with these. So easy to turn on and off for them, no buttons to push or dials to turn. Just grab handles and pull up or push down. The LEDs are super bright! My daughter wanted to keep hers on her nightstand so she could read books at night. The light lit up the entire room! Not good if you just want a dull ambient light, these puppies are serious! I can see them being perfect when the power goes out. We are usually headlamp people but these lanterns are a close game-changer. I would have loved to get the colored pack for the kids but I didn't feel an extra $5 justified the fun factor. Black were just fine.I can always put a little color on one for my daughter with stickers or bright nail polish:)
