There were Kenwoods at each of the chef master classes I went to. After imagining this model in my head for a full year, the realization of that fantasy fills me with childlike glee. Very effective and far less noisy than comparable cost planetary mixers. Zephyr worked for a couple of minutes. The built-in scales are a great addition. Eyes widen at the plethora of options. The interface is simplistic and the menu is straightforward. We are thrilled with the purchase. Highly suggested!
