This is a fantastic product for cleaning your water. We use city water, and as most people are aware, there are several contaminants in the water. I had to do something to filter our drinking water as best I could. I did some research and eventually decided to give this product a try. It perfectly fits under my sink without the need of any plumber,and it is BPA free. My eldest son is allergic to chlorine, after getting this installed, he drinks water without hacking coughs. The product is really easy to install and filter replacement is not required so oftenly. We did notice that the water was a bit cloudy at first. But after running it for a few minutes, it turned clear. Also, unfortunately, we lost one of the adapters included for installation, but we contacted there customer support and they were really nice. Without asking ton of questions they immediately shipped us the lost part. I believe I had a correct decision for the health of my family.
