The chain snapped trying to assemble and disassemble the parts, but it's cheap plastic so I expected that. What I didn't expect was that it wouldn't roll up with the chain. The insert simply rotates in the tube. I've tried to expand the stakes as much as possible. However, I didn't have a 2" hose, but a 3" hose, which may be the reason. Also, finding the right 2" tube gets incredibly expensive, so be prepared. PVC bends, so I wouldn't recommend it.
