I absolutely LOVE this mat! Have had it for a year now. It is the biggest, comfiest yoga mat I’ve ever had! It has held up well over the last year. I started out using it with my shoes on but soon learned that shoes will make little tiny dents/holes in it. Even with a few little dents here and there it is still a great mat and I love using it!The carrying case is awesome! It is big enough that you don’t have to roll it super tight to get it in and great for storing it in between uses. I wish I would have discovered this yoga mat 15 years ago! Order one NOW!
