Effective for sleep quality when taken with GABA

This was my first time using 5HTP to sleep and it had a noticeable effect. Falling asleep is quicker and I seem to spend more time in REM sleep as I have much more vivid and memorable dreams. I'll be taking them for a while and then going to see if I notice any degradation in sleep quality from them. I took this with a GABA supplement, so I can't say for sure if it's related to improved sleep quality. , Gaba or synergistic effect. Scientific studies indicate that this is a combined effect. However, it should be noted that I had a bit of an upset stomach from them. Nothing major but definitely noticeable about 30-90 minutes after taking a full capsule when I first got it. The simple solution was to open the capsule and pour out about 1/4 of the powder, then close it and take the capsule. I did this for about 2 weeks and then switched to a full capsule. By this point my system had adjusted and I no longer had an upset stomach.
