These are good shoes but they were a little larger than what fits my foot. I ordered the correct size and had to adjust the insoles to fit better. They come with Shimano SPD-R compatible cleats. I used the new Look cleats as I have Look pedals and they work well. I really like the closure because it allows you to fine-tune the tightness. Very happy with them.
