It was awful! And when I tried to switch, it cost me so much money. I decided to go back to them after finding another company who had given me great service before. This time, they were wonderful! After about 3 months, my new company did a trial run and said, "Well, you're already paying us so we don't need to bill you." The trial run lasted over 2 years and they kept charging me. Even after the contract expired, they still charged me. But the most amazing thing was, when I asked them to cancel the contract, they stopped billing me. I called them and told them I'd pay if they canceled it. And I did. They cancelled the contract and sent me a refund check. I thought that would be the end of it. No way. They kept billing me! But the worst part? I couldn't even cancel because they had no record of ever having received any notice that I wanted to cancel. The total bill for those services (2 years) came to $11,000. I didn't realize until recently that they billed me monthly, not yearly.
