Great quality, cut the lining out
I’m 5’8” and I usually wear a 16 in jeans. The X-Large fit, but I had to cut the lining underneath out. The quality was good. It was a thick material and I was very happy with the skirt. The elastic kept folding in half but it made a great Halloween costume.
